Whimsical heart balloons and a display of Valentine’s Day cards beckoned to me as I approached Timeless Treasures on Sutter Street the other day. The selection of cards were quite good: not cheesy at all — very simple yet very pretty. On that note, I present Colour Lover ~ Lips Sweet Surprise:
