We adore Amélie. From her chic bob to her stylish clothes to her charming French apartment — the movie left us smitten. And in her honor, we decided to paint our bathroom a reddish hue. To complement the egg yolk tile that covered the lower portion of the bathroom, we thought that a pink tone would suit it best and so we have bright and happy Firecracker — the perfect color to begin and end a dyn-o-mite day!
Are we obvious francophiles? I’ve learned more than a dozen French words in two months — all while using the toilet. This English to French shower curtain from Target is a wonder. Let me demonstrate from memory: cheese == le fromage. Oui oui — magnifique!
