While my aunt ordered Chinese food for our holiday feast, we were in the mood for something Danish, so we brought dessert from Copenhagen — Copenhagen Bakery, that is. My favorite of the bunch was this Santa-decorated Petit Four, a short-dough cup topped with a rich and sinful chocolate mint mousse.

my daughter asked for petit fours instead of cupcakes for her kindergarten birthday party. this brings back sweet memories. o and that mint mousse looks insanely delicious!
