I had lunch at Cafe Murano yesterday and ordered my usual bowl of oatmeal topped with berries, bananas, nuts and lots of sweet honey. Some of the new people working at the cafe lately haven’t been familiar with the recipe and were making watery oatmeal. I’m happy to say that they made it just the way I like it this time. It was perfect!
After lunch, I strolled over to Polk Street for my usual visit to Kinokuniya Bookstore. I was hoping to pick up a couple of issues of the February Fudge, but to my disappointment, they haven’t arrived yet. So I left the bookstore and went to the stationery and gift shop to buy a few rubber stamps. I want to embellish my thank you notes and I bought these cute little things:

Wow that oatmeal looks amazingly good. Thank you so much for the blog banners. I’m using the pink, blue and yellow floral one. It fits perfectly with the colours of the rest of my blog and florals are my favourite.

I would kill for that oatmeal, it looks so good. I make oatmeal myself regularly, but never thought of putting all that delicious stuff on it. Except for banana. I will try the rest soon.
I am experimenting with stamps a lot too, but I’m still looking for one with owls. The one with the cloud is adorable!
