Make your own kawaii pastry charms with kits from the Decotti Kawaii Pastry Cheff (sic). I learned about these cute kits while visiting Chelsea Nicole’s blog, and while I was watching the video below, I took comfort in seeing a room full of grown women enjoying their toys as much as I enjoy mine. It validates my own kawaii craze in some strange way. Seeing this video makes me want to visit Japan already!

Do you like the pink washi tape around that last image? I bought a set of 10 washi tape frames by Kitschy Digitals. It was on sale at Jessica Sprague for a mere buck today! The sale ends in a few hours and I’m glad I was able buy it on time (thanks for the heads up, Karli!). Still, even at the regular price of $3.99 — it’s a deal!

Ah, so cute! I’d love to that on a birthday party as well. That would be cool and I think my friends could really appreciate that.

Those kits look so darling and fun! What a great idea for a party…I have to admit to loving getting together with friends to do fun things like that :) You’re making me want to visit Japan too! When we went to Australia last year we got excited when we thought we might have a layover in Japan…sadly, that didn’t happen.
