Rachel tagged me to post the contents of my bag, and I’m happy to oblige. My bag is a handsome Eddie Bauer backpack.
I used to carry Lady Bags all the time. The last purse I truly loved was my Target Dr. Bag by Rafe. Then my mother bought me a beautiful Orla Kiely purse for graduation, so after my beloved Rafe bag bit the dust, I wore my Orla bag for a while. It was cute and large enough to fit all my things, but sadly, when the bag was fully loaded, the thin straps cut into my shoulder. I need a bag that is spacious, comfortable and durable. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a Lady Bag that meets all those needs.
So far, my Eddie Bauer backpack has been the only reliable contender. Granted, it’s a bit lacking when it comes to looks, but it serves it’s purpose well. It effortlessly handles my purse paraphernalia, my DSLR, and my netbook computer. On the days that I go to the gym, I can even fit my extra gym clothes and a 1.5 liter bottle of water into its bottomless belly.

lately i have taken to using a vintage carry-on luggage as my bag/diaper bag!
being a mom means a HECK of a lot more to lug around!

Your wallet’s so unexpected of Juicy Couture, gawd I love the colour and the font, it also looks like felt, I would pat it forever haha. And why do you carry around a voice recorder? That’s so interesting!

Oh my gosh! Your back must hurt so much carrying all that stuff. I shouldn’t talk, though, considering my purse. At least you get to wear one strap over each arm.

Have you ever tried Kipling bags? I can’t cope with normal lady bags either but I can manage Kipling. They are strong, comfortable to wear and can be washed in the machine :)

i have a leather backpack i won off ebay for just $30 that i use for school … i looove it! backpacks are so convenient.
