Blog Bling: Blog Photo Layouts (Part 4)

Overlays: Blog Photo Templates (Part 4)

You can never have enough blog photo templates — sometimes it’s nice to have a variety of shapes, like hearts, circles, and the ever popular instant photo frames (in any color you like). Some of your images will benefit from a circular frame, and others are just dying to be framed in a heart. In this set you’ll find 9 blog photo templates, showing 4, 9, and 16 images at once (72 ppi, template width max = 883 px ).

These templates are modular and versatile. For example, you don’t have to populate each shape with a photo — you can leave some blank and your color of choice will show through. You can hide the visibility of some of the shapes, too (ie. using the template with 9 circles, you can choose to hide the 3rd row so that only 6 circles are showing).

Templates with 4 shapes:

In a future post, I’ll show you examples of how I use these new templates, but I’d sure love to see how you use them. It would be great if you guys would post some of your photos to our Pugly Pixel Flickr Group (please include your blog’s URL in the description, too). :)

Hello,
Do you know if these will work in paint.net? or are they strictly for all photoshop? I have gotten some of your free files before and they work well in paint but I wasnt sure if these files were different?
thanks!
val

I LOVE these! Thanks so much! In fact, just constructed an entire blog to keep my family & friends up-to-date on my new life in NYC with these + strawberry shortcake blogger template + blogger nav bar instructions – http://www.thoroughlymodernamanda.blogspot.com/

I can’t believe I was able to accomplish this in an afternoon! Will definitely be recommending your blog to other friends looking for equally time efficient yet aesthetically noteworthy blog solution!!
