Handmade: Glitter Magnets

Here’s another easy and fun weekend project: glitter magnets. These magnets are going to be party favors for an upcoming family party. To make your own, all you’ll need are some magnets (I used 0.5 inch rounds from Beverly’s Crafts), glitter, glue, some containers, and a metallic tray. Your refrigerator will work just fine if you don’t have a metallic tray on hand. Note: Martha Stewart’s fine glitters don’t stick to the glue very well. It’s best to use coarse generic glitter or fine glitter from Michael’s Crafts (the Recollections brand). You can use tinsel, too!

I’ll be back very soon with July’s list of Links Loved. I hope you’re enjoying your weekend. :)
