PS I Love You: Confetti Brush

Hey folks, here’s a short and sweet tut for you. I’m going to show you how to make confetti in Photoshop. This is similar to the bunting tutorial I posted last week, except this time, we’re going to use a regular round brush (or any brush you want) and make the impressions scatter. And, for those of you who don’t have Photoshop, you can download some pre-made confetti clusters (as transparent PNGs) after the jump. Enjoy!
