PS I Love You: How to Fill an Outline Font

May 5, 2012

Fill an Outline Font
(hover over toast to see non-fill version)

Hey folks, in the previous tutorial I showed you how to outline a solid font. In this post, we’ll do the opposite — add a fill to an outline font. In my demo, I’m going to use the Pee Pants Script. The steps are pretty simple and if you want to learn how I do this sort of thing, please read on. If you know a better way, please share the wealth and let me know.

By the way, that piece of cinnamon toast entered my life last Friday. I saw Mon’s mouth-watering Instagram photo on Thursday and felt destined to make another pilgrimage out to Trouble Coffee the next morning. Totally worth it!
