Terms of Use

You MAY

• Use the resources in your personal work, in whole or in part.
• Use the resources in your commercial work, in whole or in part. (physical products or custom web/blog design — not premade layouts or templates)
• Modify the work to your personal preference.
• Share the resources with others, under the following conditions:
  • Link to the resource web page, not the download file.
  • Use an excerpt from the web page if necessary, but don’t copy the full blog post verbatim and display it on your site.

You MAY NOT

• You MAY NOT incorporate ANY of the resources from Pugly Pixel to be part of any kind of digital download on your blogs or websites, whether it is free or for sale (i.e. downloadable freebies).
• You MAY NOT use any files (original or modified) for a stock or resource website.
• You MAY NOT re-sell or re-distribute or re-package the resources as digital downloads. The raw resources may not be uploaded to any other websites.
• You MAY NOT use any of the files (original or modified) to design pre-made web templates or pre-made blog layouts.
• You MAY NOT re-sell or re-distribute or re-package the resources from Pugly Pixel as clip art in a cd/book clip art kit.
• You MAY NOT sell the resources denoted as stock photos as digital or printed stock photography.
• You MAY NOT copy the full web page and display it on your own website. (Use an excerpt if you have to, but please link to the original resource download page – not the actual file.)
• You MAY NOT use the resources for any harmful, pornographic, or racist material.

PUGLYPIXEL MEMBERSHIP
Please note that membership is not shareable or transferable and that a single subscription is valid for a single person/designer. Raw Premium Content may not be passed on to anyone who is not a PuglyPixel Premium Member.

LOST FILES
Once you download Premium Content (Membership Extras) to your computer, you are solely responsible for them. There is no replacement of Premium Content that is lost if your computer malfunctions, is stolen, or lost. You should always back up important software and store it in a safe off-site location from which it can be restored in the event of loss.

FREE BLOGGER LAYOUTS
You may use the free layouts for your commercial blogs, but you may not sell them nor build your work upon them (and then sell them) unless you have written permission from Pugly Pixel. Additionally, downloading or installing any of the free layouts does not come with support — please be aware that you are making changes to your blog at your own risk and Pugly Pixel is not responsible for any negative ramifications to your blog.
